A passion for meeting client objectives and goals are a part of Cindy’s DNA and it shows with every event she designs, large or small.  She has called Arizona her home for over 30 years and developed a keen expertise in creating authentic experiences in every remarkable corner of the state.  With her colossal industry knowledge and broad planning background, Cindy will lead sales and business development focusing on growth in Arizona and nationally as Director of Sales for Circa.  As an accomplished leader and business professional with a vision beyond limits, she is ready to partner with you to take your events to the highest level!

    Brenda began her hospitality journey on the hotel side of our business. Starting out as a switchboard operator, she cross-trained in all departments before ultimately leading the charge as Director of Sales. Following her hotel experience, Brenda transitioned to meetings & events as both meeting planner and event manager, and then finally found her passion in the Destination Management field. She was able to learn from all angles the key roles and responsibilities needed to run a successful operation; including Creative Development, Accounting and Operations. This provided the perfect launch pad for Brenda to ultimately become both a Director of Operations and General Manager for the DMC. After over 20 years, Brenda brings her expertise and passion to Circa leading the South Florida team.

    Mid-Atlantic (DC, MARYLAND, VIRGINIA),

    Taegan is a DMV (DC-MD-VA) native with a long career in many aspects of the hospitality industry.  From non-profits to high end corporate, from social to museum events, from small & intimate to large and festival sized, she has just about seen it all.  Though highly organized with the ability to drive a project – she never forgets that it is about the experience with people. Highly adept at building a valued team of vendors and staff, she’ll be your partner in every way she can. Forever curious – she’s always got her eye out for the newest and greatest restaurant, experience, and/or venue. When not planning & organizing – she’s spending time with her family & friends – particularly her two cutie patootie nieces.

    As a lifelong Texan, Amanda will tell always tell you that " no one can do hospitality quite like the Lone Star State".  She has spent the last seven years in the DMC industry curating and executing memorable experiences, showcasing the best that Texas has to offer.  Combined with her experience as an event/trade show manager and a background in hotel sales and operations, Amanda is a Jill of all trades in the event world.  


    Her favorite games as a child were always puzzles and she has taken that natural love of all things logistical to manage events of every size, both domestically and internationally.  You can count on her to slay every detail of an experience, even the ones no one notices.  In her free time, Amanda loves a good happy hour and exploring any of Austin's 250 music venues.

    Desiree has been in the hospitality and customer service industry for over ten years and with the Circa DMC team for over 7 years and counting! Desiree works managing manifests, assisting with event and program preparation, planning and execution.


    In addition to Operations, she handles all of the payroll, event billing and accounting reconciliation functions for all Circa events. With a strong background in finance and accounting, she demonstrates an exceptional level of knowledge with analytical thinking skills. In her free time, she, her and two little boys are always on the hunt for the world's best cheeseburger.

    Shannon is uniquely qualified to serve our clients with the utmost care, having been in the industry for the past three decades – from her beginnings as Convention Services Manager at one of San Diego’s largest convention centers to Regional Director of Meetings and Events for one of the nation’s largest financial institutions, then Account Executive selling Dallas/Fort Worth area destination management services.


    For the past 23 years, Shannon has called Dallas home and continues to love showing off all that North Texas provides to all of our guests. She lives with her husband, Loren, and their beloved Shorkie, Banjo, in Far North Dallas.
